What we can do for you?
PPMG will deal directly with prospects and tenants, saving you time and worry over marketing your rentals, collecting rent, handling maintenance and repair issues, responding to tenant complaints, and even pursuing evictions.
PPMG will collect the rent, (typically paid through our online portal and deposit it in a designated bank account they have for client monies, pay all expenses you have authorized them to, and then issue you the balance by a certain date every month (on or about the 10th is customary).
Annual Rental Inspections give the landlord and property manager a great chance to: Identify any maintenance issues that need to be fixed before they become expensive problems. Making sure tenants are following lease terms and taking care of tenant required maintenance.
Promoting Vacant Units
Your property, along with photos, will be advertised on our website and on various rental marketing directories. We also thoroughly screen applicants. A Property Information Sheet will be prepared for your property with all the necessary information.
Phoenix Property Management is proud to offer a seamless repair request setup for tenants to report any issues they are experiencing in their unit. Those repairs requests are sent to the managers and our 24/7 maintenance team will be available to assist.
Emergency Maintenance Calls
We are on call 24 hours a day. Why worry you? That’s why you hired us! Most emergencies are prioritized and often can wait until the next day, but in the event that it can’t wait until the next day we have a team of maintenance repair people ready to respond 24/7.
